Permitted Uses
- Install on the authorized number of computers

License Restrictions
- No redistribution or resale of the license
- Cannot exceed user limits
- No reverse engineering or modification
- Cannot be used for competitive analysis
- No sharing of license keys or activations
- Cannot create derivative works
Installation & Activation
- Install on the number of computers specified in your license (Single User: 1 computer; Multi User: server + clients; Enterprise: per agreement)
- A valid license key and internet connection are required for activation and validation
- Re-activation may be needed after hardware changes; phone activation is available
System Requirements
- Operating system: Windows 10/11 or a compatible server OS
- Hardware: 4 GB RAM minimum, 8 GB+ recommended
- Storage: 2.5 GB free disk space minimum
Support
Every license includes installation assistance, basic technical support for 90 days, activation help, knowledge-base access, and email/phone support during business hours. Annual plans add priority queueing, advanced troubleshooting, custom training, and 24/7 emergency options.

Transfers & Termination
Transfers are permitted between computers owned by the license holder, to replacement hardware after failure, and in business acquisition scenarios with proper documentation. Licenses may be terminated for violation of terms, unauthorized distribution, or non-payment.
Compliance & Governing Law
As an independent reseller we ensure all licenses are genuine and properly sourced, and comply with licensing requirements. License agreements are governed by applicable software licensing laws. Licensed organizations may be subject to compliance audits.
